As a seasoned leader in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) execution, Qasim has spearheaded strategic megaprojects, including the AMIRAL Petrochemical Program, Fadhili & Wasit Gas Plants, Jubail Bulk Plant, and the Commodore Synthetic Rubber Plant. His ability to drive multi-billion-dollar infrastructure developments, optimize contracting strategies, and execute complex engineering solutions has positioned him as a key force in Saudi Arabia’s industrial growth.

His expertise extends across contract negotiations, FEED and EPC execution, risk management, financial governance, and operational excellence.
